• ​Workshop 1:

  • ​Angel Investing Foundation:Understand how angel investing works, funding types, investment criteria, Investment Process..

• ​Workshop 2:

  • ​Evaluating Ventures: Due Diligence-Business models, financials, valuation techniques.

• ​Workshop 3:

  • ​The Deal-Making Process: Term sheets, legal documentation, monitoring, exit strategies.

• ​Workshop 4:

  • ​Investment Structures & Funds- Investment vehicles and the Zidicircle Co-invest Model, cross-border investing.

• ​Master the Fundamentals: Deepen your understanding of how angel investing works, including funding types, criteria, and investment stages.

​Format;

• ​The programme will cover 4 Topics  in  4 Wednesdays 11th, 18th, 25th of March & 1st April 2026

• ​Online meetings on Wednesdays - 18:30hrs - 20:00hrs CEST

• ​Learning materials/videos will be available on the Zidicircle School platform 

• ​Optional Weekly expert Consultation  Q&A sessions

• ​A time commitment of  least 2  hours per week is needed

• ​Flexible Payment Terms per Workshop

• ​Upon completion you can  join the Zidicircle Coop  as an Investor Member and get investment support( subject to the membership conditions)

• ​Access to the Zidi 2026 yearly retreat in Marrakech(April 2026)

​Cost;

​The fellowship is subsidised thanks to our impact partner! We have flexible payment terms per Workshop at 85 Euros. You can choose the whole fellowship or a bundle of workshops. Choosing the full fellowship 4 workshops together is more impactful and cheaper.
