Natalie is an exited founder and fractional commercial director; the person consumer brands call when growth stalls. But that doesn't mean this session isn't for you if you're B2B: her approach absolutely still applies!
Natalie started her first business at 18 with no funding, no safety net, and no connections; growing it to 400 monthly members with five B2B partners before exiting. She then built an ecommerce fashion brand from scratch to 3,000 customers, 20,000 organic followers, and achieved £29k from a single weekend retail partner/shop with zero paid acquisition.
Now she parachutes into DTC and consumer brands, finds where the revenue is leaking, builds the fix, and leads the team to own it. Direct, founder-led, and built from the inside out. She believes that business is for everyone; proudly working class and the first in her family to go to university, she made her own path and own connections... and wants to help you do the same.
