Sunday, November 8, 2pm to 6pm at Calma Wellness Lounge in Fort Lauderdale.
An afternoon to put what you have been carrying on the table, in a room of founders who will walk you through what they have experienced. We offer mindset work with a dedicated coach, tactics for calming your nervous system, avoiding burnout, and handling the hard parts of running a business. Whatever it is, let us work on it together.

Who is leading the day
LNGVTY founders and Lia will lead the day. Lia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and she leads the guided founder reflection in the afternoon. The work is mindset coaching with a licensed therapist, which is a different thing from either one on its own, because the room can go further than a workshop usually does when someone in it is trained for where it goes.
