LOST iN Supper Club Reserve: Live Bluefin Tuna Cutting Ceremony

​On October 10th LOST iN is bringing back our Live Bluefin Tuna Cutting Ceremony by popular demand and taking it to entirely new heights.

​Perched above Malibu’s Billionaires' Beach, AvantStay’s stunning 7,600 square foot luxury estate sets the scene for a night that goes way beyond anything you've ever experienced. Chef Shaunt Mesrkhani and his team of master practitioners will take center stage for a live carving of a 220-pound Bluefin tuna (yes, twice the size of the tuna from our May event). This ceremony is known as the Maguro Kaitai show, a 1,300-year-old Japanese tradition.

​And this time, we’re not letting the party end after you fill up on tuna. As the night unfolds, we'll transform the space into an epic DJ set.
