​RUN-N-RAVE x AG1: Marathon Morning Shake-out 🏃‍♀️✨

​Some things are just meant to be. RUN-N-RAVE are the morning runners of Berlin, and AG1 is all about starting strong with a daily morning routine. Together? We’re the ultimate morning-person duo. 🤝

​3 days before the Berlin Marathon, we’re bringing the vibes, the community, and the perfect energy to kick off race weekend. Whether you’re tapering for the big 42k or just here for the good times, this one’s for you.

Expect movement, music, and a nutrient boost to set the tone for your day (and your marathon, if you’re running!).

​Schedule:

• ​7:00 AM – Roll up, drop your bag, sip AG1 ☕

• ​7:15 AM – 20min run (3.5km, all paces welcome) 🏃‍♀️

• ​7:35 AM – Sweat & stretch ! 10min workout 💪

• ​8:00 AM – Expert talk & AG1 breakfast at Coco Café 🍳

• ​8:30 AM – Beats & boogie with DJ Ben 🎶

• ​9:00 AM – Free showers + coworking 🚿💻
