Connect by SEKAIA returns for its second edition, bringing together companies and professionals interested in working with global talent in Japan.
As SEKAIA continues to build connections between international talent and companies in Japan, we are bringing our community together for an evening of conversation, shared experiences, and networking.
Throughout the year, companies across our network have welcomed international interns into their teams. We are grateful to the companies who have opened their doors to international talent and contributed to these valuable experiences. Connect by SEKAIA Vol. 2 will highlight these experiences and explore how global talent can bring new perspectives, ideas, and value to businesses.
This edition explores Growing with Global Talent, looking at the experiences and possibilities that emerge when international talent becomes part of a team.

Connect by SEKAIA 第2回を開催します。
今回は、日本でグローバル人材と働く企業やビジネスパーソンの皆さまにお集まりいただき、日々の経験や気づきを共有しながら、新たなつながりを生み出す場です。
この一年、SEKAIAでは多くの企業に海外からのインターン生を受け入れていただき、さまざまなチームやビジネスの現場で、ともに働く機会が生まれました。本当にありがとうございます！
インターン生に貴重な経験の場を提供してくださった企業の皆さまへの感謝をお伝えさせていただくのと同時に、今回は実際の受け入れ経験をもとに、グローバル人材がチームやビジネスにもたらした変化や価値について皆さんと共有できればと思います。
テーマは、「グローバル人材と、ともに成長する」。
グローバル人材と働くことで生まれる新しい視点やアイデア、そしてそこから広がる可能性について、企業のリアルな経験を通して考えていきます。
当日は、企業によるショートトークに加え、ドリンクや軽食を楽しみながらのネットワーキングも予定しています。すでにグローバル人材と働いている方はもちろん、これから海外人材との協働を考えている方にも、気軽にご参加いただけるイベントです。
