Join us for the 4th edition of Omek’s North Star Networking Night, a day designed for ERG leaders, advocates and community builders to explore strategies, share experiences, and connect.
This year, we focus on resilience. How ERGs can stay sustainable in a time when evolving DEI policies and AI-driven workplace changes are reshaping recruitment, strategy, and internal influence.
What to expect—a refreshed format:

Speed Networking: Connect one-on-one with like-minded professionals to deepen relationships and expand your support network.
Skills workshops led by special guests:
Rislene Moustapha, Co-chair, BEN&Friends (Nike), who will reflect on her experience co-chairing the Black Employee Network at Nike and the strategies that have helped build strong leadership transitions and long-term continuity.
Raymond Comvalius, Independant IT Architect, who will explore how technology can be leveraged by Black and diverse employees to strengthen initiatives and increase influence within organizations.
