Join us for a deeply restorative morning by the water with meditation, breathwork, and healing sound vibrations designed to calm the nervous system and leave you feeling grounded, clear, and renewed.
Please dress in layers as temperatures can shift near the water. Bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for comfort. If laying down is uncomfortable, feel free to bring a beach chair and enjoy the experience seated.
