Democracy Drinks - Edinburgh
Join us on 5 November for Edinburgh Democracy Drinks upstairs at Ox184 on the Cowgate.
Democracy Drinks is a regular gathering to make connections, share ideas, and find inspiration over your drink of choice in a relaxed and friendly setting. We are a friendly bunch and all are welcome!
As well as the usual opportunities to chat, one of the group members Doreen Grove from the Scottish Government will be sharing information about the new Open Government Plan for Scotland.
We tend to be a mix of regulars and new folks drawn together by a shared interest in democratic innovation, participation, policy and research. Many of us simply care about everyday democracy and community life in Scotland.
If you have any questions, or to join our mailing list, please contact the organisers us on edindemocracydrinks@gmail.com or speak to Gillian, Paul, Kelly, Stuart or Joshua at the event.
Can't join us this time?
No worries! We usually meet the first Thursday of every month. The next drinks will be on Thursday 3rd December.
