​Start your morning by reconnecting with your body, heart, and Creator as we gather by the water for a peaceful Pilates and Dhikr session.

​We'll begin with gentle, beginner-friendly Pilates while moving with intention and gratitude for the bodies Allah has entrusted us with. As the waves remind us of Allah's signs in creation, we'll transition into a guided dhikr and reflection, creating space to slow down, breathe deeply, and nourish our souls.

​Whether you're new to Pilates or have been practicing for years, this is a welcoming space to move without pressure, build sisterhood, and leave feeling physically refreshed, mentally grounded, and spiritually renewed.

​Bring: A prayer mat or yoga mat, water, and comfortable clothing suitable for movement.
