Touch Grass #06: Mount Work

​An informal weekly hike with people from around Tenfold. There is no programming. We walk for a few hours and talk about whatever comes up.

​We meet at the Munn Rd gravel parking lot. The lot is small, with roadside parking nearby. The drive from downtown takes about 30 minutes.

​Mount Work is 449 m, the highest peak in the Gowlland Range. There are views over the Saanich Peninsula from just past the summit.

​Bring

​Wear decent shoes. Bring water, layers for the weather, and any snacks you want. Trails around Victoria can get muddy and slippery from October through December.

​We post weather, route, and access changes before each hike in the Tenfold community Discord. If you register and cannot make it, please update your RSVP so nobody waits for you in the parking lot.

​Touch Grass is Tenfold's Sunday hike series. Anyone is welcome.

​This is a community-organized hike. There is no guide and no outdoor program. Know your limits and look after yourself and each other.
