​Here is how the evening will flow:

• ​The Speed Rounds: Take a seat and get exactly 6 minutes to connect. Our MC will keep the time, giving each of you 3 minutes to introduce your business, exchange business cards, and explore how you can support one another before the whistle blows to rotate.

• ​The Showcase & Mixer: After the structured rounds, the floor opens up for an open mixer where you can refresh your drink and view displays from featured local businesses.

​The Evening's Schedule:

• ​5:30 PM: Doors open! Grab a drink, get your nametag, and find a seat.

• ​6:00 PM: The MC Welcome & Rules of the Room.

• ​6:10 PM: Speed Networking Rounds begin (Latecomers will not be able to join the rotation once it starts!).

• ​7:25 PM: Structured rounds end; Open Mixer & Showcase begins.

• ​8:30 PM: Event wraps up.
