About Event

Expert Bootcamp is a four-day training experience designed for senior practitioners who are leading or building civil rights compliance programs and want to sharpen the way they think, decide, and lead. Built for Coordinators, Deputy Coordinators, and Directors, the program focuses on the realities of running strong systems, making sound judgment calls, and strengthening the structure behind the work.

The bootcamp blends practical learning with real-world application, giving participants space to examine the challenges that come with program leadership and to develop stronger strategies for managing them. Whether you are refining an existing program or shaping one from the ground up, the sessions are built to help you think more clearly about priorities, implementation, and long-term effectiveness.

Participants will spend four in-person days in Portland as part of the hybrid format, creating an opportunity for focused discussion, hands-on learning, and direct exchange with peers facing similar responsibilities. The setting is designed for deeper engagement, with content that respects the experience you already bring while pushing your thinking further.

Expert Bootcamp is hosted by Albert Roberson and offers a professional, high-level environment for practitioners who want to strengthen both their leadership and their program-building skills. If you are responsible for keeping a compliance program effective, responsive, and well-run, this bootcamp is built with your work in mind.
