How to Show Up: Practical Tools to Support Grief at Work
It’s hard to know what to do or say when on your team is going through loss. We want to help but most of us were never taught how.
How to Show Up introduces a practical, grief-informed framework designed for today's workplace. HR leaders, people managers, and employee experience professionals alike will walk away with real tools for supporting colleagues through the messy middle without defaulting to "let me know if you need anything."
Participants will leave with:
A practical framework you can apply right away with your teams
Language for showing up with confidence AND compassion
A preview of why grief-informed leadership is the next frontier of the workplace culture conversation
About the Host: Sarah Kagan is the founder of Keriah Grief Coaching, where she leaders, teams, and individuals navigate life’s hardest moments. After losing her mom to pancreatic cancer, Sarah realized how few people knew how to show up, and how isolating grief can be when no one around you has lived it. Her work is rooted in lived experience, practical tools, and the belief that real support starts with real conversations.
