​Gabriel Scheer is Senior Director of Innovation, mobility, energy, built environment & water, for global climatetech funder Elemental Excelerator. He serves as board observer for Mythos AI, Forum Mobility, and Kelvin. Previously, Gabriel was on the founding team of Lime, leading global data policy & transit partnerships and developing GTM strategies in North America. Founder of two companies and of Seattle Greendrinks, he contributed to the book “Smart Cities, Smart Mobility.”

​Kyle Rowe, Director of Government Partnerships at Electric Era, is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the transportation and mobility sectors. He has a proven track record of working with customers and government agencies to accelerate the build-out of sustainable infrastructure. Kyle's expertise includes policy development, strategic partnerships, and urban planning. Previously, Kyle served as Senior Vice President of Partnerships & Policy at Spin and as a Strategic Advisor for the Seattle DOT.

​Michelle Abunaja is an Affiliate Instructor at the University of Washington College of Built Environments and a transportation planner at the Seattle DOT, working across the Transit and Mobility and Policy and Planning Divisions. Michelle is focused on decarbonization strategy, equitable investments, and policy development. Most recently, she led the development of the Seattle Transportation Plan Transit Element and is on the SDOT's climate core team that delivered Seattle's first transportation climate policy in 2023.
