[Webinar] Inspiration Valley - Vitantonio Santoro

​For the upcoming webinar organized in collaboration between Silicon Valley Study Tour and Lead The Future Mentorship, Vitantonio Santoro will share his life as a General Partner - Atlas AI^VB Fund I @Atlas Sgr.

​Vitantonio’s academic journey began at Bocconi University, where he completed both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management.

​During these five years, he had the opportunity to broaden his horizons and accelerate his career through international experiences. As a Bachelor’s student, he spent a semester at Ohio State University, while during his Master’s he studied at Thammasat University Business School in Thailand.

​Before completing his Master’s degree, Vitantonio had the opportunity to work in Vancouver, where he interned at the Italian Chamber of Commerce.

​After graduation, he settled in Milan and joined Value Lab (now Jakala) as a Consultant, deepening his expertise in business and customer strategy across several markets, including fashion and luxury, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics.

​After two years, he moved in another consulting company. Over the following years, he progressed into more senior roles, gaining exposure to a wide range of responsibilities and business contexts across multiple industries.

​After some time in consulting, Vitantonio co-founded Socialbeat, a tech company that helps organizations monitor and analyze large volumes of data, optimize decision-making processes, and automate key activities. Over nearly five years, he helped grow the company and contributed to raising more than €1 million in funding.

​He then joined DocPlanner as a Strategic Project Manager in Rome. During the two years he spent there, he focused on building and scaling AI products, collaborating closely with developers, UX designers, AI engineers, and local business teams.

​Vitantonio is now a General Partner at Atlas SGR’s Atlas AI^VB Fund I in Milan, where he invests in early-stage AI and cybersecurity startups at the pre-seed and seed stages. His company focuses on funds dedicated to the real economy—particularly SMEs, startups, and companies with strong social responsibility profiles—supporting their transition towards sustainability.

​He also serves as a Board Member at Civils.ai, a company building AI tools for civil and geotechnical engineers, and recently mentored at the 2026 Silicon Valley Study Tour Hackaton in Salerno.
