​Panellists:

​Chong Ee Jay is a seasoned family life educator and counsellor with over 15 years of experience, passionate about inspiring hope and strengthening family relationships. He is a trusted voice in the field, regularly contributing to expert panels and media discussions across English and Chinese platforms, including radio and television.

​At home, Ee Jay is a devoted husband and hands-on father who treasures family life, and in his personal time, enjoys running and the occasional marathon.

​Esther Foong is a Family Life Education Specialist, educator, and mother of two teenagers. With 14 years of experience in Singapore’s public education system and her current role supervising trainee teachers and very frequently working with children, she brings both professional insight and real-life parenting experience.

Esther is passionate about helping parents better understand today’s children, especially Generation Alpha, and believes that when adults are intentional and present, children can grow with confidence and resilience. Through her work, she hopes to encourage families to build strong relationships and meaningful everyday connections.
