​Join us for a peaceful morning in the park where we'll step away from our screens, breathe deeply, and create space to reconnect with ourselves through the simple yet powerful practice of journaling.

​Together, we'll explore thoughtful mindset conversations, guided journal prompts, moments of quiet reflection, and meaningful connection with other women who are also choosing to live more intentionally.

​No writing experience is needed. There is no right way to journal—only your way.

​I am 56 years young and I've got my MBA in LIVED life experiences. I've reinvented myself more times than I can count and inside of the pages of a journal is where I always find my peace, and the answers. Building multiple businesses, body transformations, divorces and diagnosis - I have lived it...

​Addison is my 23 year old Daughter who has been journaling for over a decade and has her own unique perspective on its power. She has also lived a lot of life and will share how journaling is a key for her wellness.

​We are open books and will bring raw honesty to this event.

​You do not need to come with anyone! Its a circle for women.

​Bring a journal, a pen, and an open mind. We will be sitting on grass so yoga mat, blankets or use those fold up chairs from your garage lol.
