💭 How it works
We pick one question and go around the table with it, over a drink at golden hour. Everyone talks, everyone listens, nobody pitches. Two hours later you walk away with fresh ideas, honest feedback and a few people actually worth knowing.
Most nights the conversation carries on over dinner afterwards.

I moved from Italy to London in 2008 with no real plan and started out as a kitchen porter. In 2010 I founded GladStay, a rent-to-rent property business I still run today. Over the years I focused on systems and delegation so the company could run without me every day, and that freedom is what brought me to Gran Canaria. Life's too short to chase money under a grey sky.
Entrepreneurship, for me, wasn't just a career. It saved my life. Golden Talks is my way of staying surrounded by people who build, take risks, and don't wait for permission.
