Leading Change with Lego Serious Play
When was the last time you played with LEGO? Do you remember how it felt to let your imagination take the lead, fully immersed, curious, and unconstrained, building small pieces into something meaningful? In those moments, there were no limits, only possibilities: experimenting, failing, rebuilding, and discovering new solutions through play.
During this workshop, we invite you to explore uncertainty through play, reflection, and shared storytelling while visualizing your idea with legos!
Leading change can be challenging and, at times, intimidating, especially in a world that’s becoming more uncertain every day. Yet, often, the answers we seek already exist within us. Throughout this session, we will explore what change looks like within your organization, making the invisible visible, and reflecting on how L&D can move beyond just another support function and become a central driver of your organization’s transformation.
