Basic Concepts in Computer and Internet Security with Examples

About Event
Eddy will talk about and illustrate some basic security concepts on and off the internet with live examples of encryption, interception, etc. This will be followed by some personal opinions about:
- what's wrong with the internet
- why/how to use only open source software and still have friends
If there's time we'll finish with a computer health checkup and biggest private computer-use pitfalls. Bring your laptops and be scared!
