​With all this ideating about the future, you've probably got an abundance of ideas on your plate... but which ones are you actually going to choose to pursue?

​If you're anything like me, you usually try to trick yourself into thinking you can do them all (i mean, they're all important!)

​But here’s the truth: we do our best work when we focus. When we take a bold step to choose what matters most, we can channel all our energy into that one thing, and more seriously make progress and get data.

​Narrowing down can feel scary (what if you let the “right” idea go?) — which is precisely why we’re doing this work together.

​In this workshop, we’ll harness the support of the group to help you identify what deserves your energy the most right now. Through personal reflection, peer coaching, and small-group work, we’ll dig into what’s holding you back, reflect on your deepest priorities, and help you take a confident bet on what matters most.
