Sex & Intimacy in Midlife: What Changes and What Can Help
Join Dr. Trisha Schimek and Karie Meltzer, PhD for an intimate and engaging conversation about desire, pleasure and connection through the evolving landscape of midlife. Together, they will explore how hormones, stress, sleep and metabolic health can shape the way you experience and inhabit your body, while introducing mindfulness practices that invite you to slow down, awaken your senses and reconnect with yourself.
Text a friend and make an evening of it. Bring your sister, mother, daughter or another woman you care about.
Thoughtful, spirited and refreshingly candid, this gathering offers a welcoming space to explore the questions we do not always ask aloud. Guests will also have the opportunity to submit questions anonymously in advance. Expect expert insight, meaningful conversation and practical tools for cultivating greater comfort and confidence, plus a few delightful surprises along the way.
Space is intentionally limited to preserve the intimate nature of the evening. RSVPs will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
