​We understand that plans may change. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, or if the event is subject to uncertainty or non-confirmation by the host, a full refund will be issued. For guest-initiated cancellations, refunds will be provided if notice is received at least 3 days before the event date. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 3 days of the event are non-refundable, due to advance commitments and preparations. All refund requests outside the above conditions will be considered at the organisers' discretion. Indian Culinary Diaspora reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the event where required, ensuring the highest standard of experience for all guests.
