Founders Summit
Founders Summit, London.
Tuesday 1st December 2026 | Arboretum, Charing Cross Road | 10am to 4:30pm
Out with the old. In with the new.
Most founders end December exhausted and start January frantically guessing where they should begin the year ahead.
They know something needs to change, but they haven't had the time, or the network, to work out what. So they carry on with the same offer, messaging, and outdated habits into another twelve months and hope it's more successful.
This is one day to stop that from happening.
Six hands-on hours with four world-class speakers including Richard Moore, Hannah Brady, Tom Declat, and Noor Barrage, in a room alongside other founders. Covering topics that actually move your business forward: your messaging, your marketing, your sales, and your business systems. Each talk is followed by a proper working session with other founders at your level, where you apply it to your business, live.
You'll spend the day deciding what to kill and what to build. And by the end of the day you will have:
Sharper positioning and tighter messaging
A marketing approach built for 2027, not 2019
A sales process that feels clearer
A new perspective on your business systems
But this isn't a day of sitting at the back of a conference room taking notes you'll never look at again. Each session is followed by time to work on your own business, discuss what you've heard with other founders, and decide your next steps.
Lunch is included. Drinks at the bar.
The outcome for the day: You walk out with your new approach to 2027, ready to execute in January 👌🏻
Who's this for?
Founders Summit is for established founders who already have a functioning business, clients and experience behind them, but know the next stage requires something to change.
Growth has started to feel less predictable
You're still heavily reliant on referrals or word of mouth
Your positioning or offer needs sharpening
Marketing feels inconsistent or disconnected
Too much of the business still depends on you
It's for founders prepared to work on the business while they're in the room.
