About Event

Do you feel like you’re holding everything together while actually struggling underneath it all?

As men, many of us have been conditioned to handle things on our own, hide our emotions and avoid showing anything that might be seen as weakness or vulnerability.

So we keep going, keep doing, and keep producing. We carry the responsibilities, bury the stress and push our own needs further down the list, until we’re overwhelmed, frustrated, exhausted, and wondering how much longer we can keep this up.

Eventually, that pressure spills into our relationships, our work, and our finances. At the first sign of conflict, we shut down, become defensive or avoid the conversation altogether. We lose patience with the people we love, put off important decisions or reach for familiar habits to take the edge off.

Lastly, comes the shame of knowing we’re capable of showing up differently, yet finding ourselves repeating the same patterns — and because we’re afraid to admit we’re struggling, we carry it alone.

Sound familiar?

This is what living in survival mode can look like.

It can feel like tension in your body, constriction in your breathing, and resistance to even the smallest demands. Like you’re always behind, there’s never enough, and slowing down feels uncomfortable.

Think of your nervous system as a command center for how you experience and respond to life.

When you’re constantly bracing for something to go wrong, that pressure can reach into every part of your life.

In your health, it might look like restless nights, tight muscles, persistent exhaustion or pushing through while neglecting what your body needs.

In your finances, it might look like overworking out of fear, avoiding your bank account, feast or famine cycles or undercharging for your work.

In your relationships, it might look like snapping at your partner, shutting down during conflict, hiding what you need, or feeling alone even when someone is right beside you.

These are the everyday moments where learning to recognize and work with your responses can make a difference. You begin creating more room to care for your health, approach money with clarity, and stay open to the people you love.

That’s what we’ll begin practicing together in Beyond Survival Mode.

This free, two-day online experience combines transformational teachings, guided breathwork, and brotherhood. We’ll explore regulation, safety, and coherence: learning to steady ourselves under pressure, feel safer being honest, and bring our choices into alignment with the lives we want to build.

1️⃣ Day One: The Shadow — Meet What’s Been Running Your Life Saturday, October 17 | 3–5 p.m. Eastern Time

Explore the emotions and needs you learned to suppress, and how they may show up today as seeking approval, giving away your power, shutting out love, or numbing what you feel.

2️⃣ Day Two: The Gift — Reclaim Your Power and Trust Yourself
Sunday, October 18 | 3–5 p.m. Eastern Time

Reconnect with your confidence, sensitivity, and courage. Practice bringing greater presence into your relationships, clearer boundaries into your work, and more trust into your decisions.

You’ll leave with practical tools to help you:

  • Feel more grounded when pressure builds.

  • Build confidence through clear, intentional action.

  • Express your needs and create space for deeper intimacy.

  • Approach work and money with less avoidance and greater clarity.

  • Receive support from men who understand what you’re carrying.

Give yourself two days to breathe, reconnect, and begin moving forward with support.
