Welcoming All Customers - Creating Accessible Businesses
Creating an inclusive, disability‑friendly business doesn’t have to be expensive or overwhelming. In this dynamic, in-person presentation, small business owners will learn simple, practical and affordable strategies for welcoming customers with a wide range of disabilities. It will feature real‑world examples that show how small changes can make a big impact.
ASL interpretation will be provided.
Hosted by the Office of Disability and Accessibility and the Office of Small Business, in partnership with the San Francisco Public Library's Small Business Center.
