Welcoming All Customers - Creating Accessible Businesses

​Creating an inclusive, disability‑friendly business doesn’t have to be expensive or overwhelming. In this dynamic, in-person presentation, small business owners will learn simple, practical and affordable strategies for welcoming customers with a wide range of disabilities. It will feature real‑world examples that show how small changes can make a big impact.

​Hosted by the Office of Disability and Accessibility and the Office of Small Business, in partnership with the San Francisco Public Library's Small Business Center.
