⚡Hosted by QEFAI (Quality Education For All Initiative & FrontierPass)

OnchainED 1.0 is a hybrid hackathon bringing together developers, designers, and students to explore how blockchain can transform education.

While blockchain is often associated with finance, its core properties such as decentralisation, transparency, and immutability open powerful possibilities for education. This hackathon challenges participants to build solutions that rethink how knowledge, credentials, and learning platforms can exist on decentralised infrastructure.

Over four days, selected teams will design and prototype blockchain-based education tools. Projects may include decentralised learning platforms, verifiable academic credentials, open knowledge repositories, and incentive-driven learning systems.

Participants will collaborate in teams, build functional prototypes, and present their ideas during the final Demo Day.
