A mystery afternoon with a local creator

You show up. A local creator runs the room for the afternoon. A small group, up to twelve, and none of you knew what it was until today.

You find out what it is on the day. That's the whole deal. We check every creator and what they're hosting before we book them, so the surprise is the good kind. If you hate surprises, this one isn't for you, no hard feelings.

If that sounds like your kind of Saturday, we're inviting anyone free on November 28th. Your only job: register, and tell us what you're down for.

LYTT's specialty is getting people together in small groups. This one is for people who'd rather say yes to something new than pick from the same list again.

Most weekends you pick from what you already know. Same brunch spots, same two or three plans.

Meanwhile Toronto is full of people who make things in small rooms. A tea ceremony in a studio, a photo walk, a tiny concert in a living room. Most of them you'd never find on your own.

So we made a Saturday where one of them hosts you, and you find out which on the day.

The details

• What: an afternoon run by a local creator. A tea ceremony, a photo walk, a tiny concert, or something else worth three hours.

• Who: a small group, up to twelve.

• When and where: Saturday, November 28, 4 to 7 PM, Toronto. Exact spot and neighbourhood come the day before.

• Registering doesn't charge you: we only charge once we've confirmed the creator and your spot. We need at least six. If it doesn't come together, you're never charged.

• Where the money goes: everything after fees goes to the creator. LYTT takes nothing on this one.

• The app: your registration here is your seat. Once you're approved, the Lytt app is where you see who's coming, with the chat and the meet spot.

• The Mystery: what you tick at registration helps us pick, but one group means one plan, so we can't promise your favourite. Register only if you're fine not knowing until the day.
