Aria One event

Aria One Membership — Cancellation Policy

This policy sets out the terms on which Aria One membership may be cancelled or left to lapse, and how those terms differ from the ones governing individual bookings made through a membership. It applies to all members, individual and corporate, across the club's three activities: sport, art and lifestyle.

Membership runs for twelve months from the date of enrolment and renews automatically for a further twelve months, unless a member gives Aria One thirty days' written notice ahead of the renewal date.

A membership stays active, with full access to its privileges, throughout the notice period. Notice takes effect at the end of the current term; it does not shorten it.

Membership fees are treated as earned on payment. Aria One does not refund fees as a matter of course; a request is considered on its own terms, at Aria One's sole discretion, taking into account the circumstances raised and the member's use of their membership to date.

Individual members enrolling from the United Kingdom retain the statutory right to cancel within fourteen days of joining, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided no membership privilege has yet been used. This right does not extend to corporate memberships, or to bookings made under Event and experience bookings, below.

Passes, charters and private engagements booked through a membership - Grand Prix weekends, yacht experiences, private dinners and comparable activations - carry their own terms, issued at the time of booking, and are non-refundable once confirmed. Aria One commits to fixed third-party costs on confirmation - catering, charter, staffing, venue - regardless of a member's later cancellation.

Where Aria One postpones or cancels an event, or where circumstances beyond its control prevent it from taking place, the club will work with the member in good faith toward a credit, a transfer to a future date, or a partial refund, considered on the facts of the case.

Aria One may suspend or terminate a membership without refund where a member's conduct falls short of the club's standards, where fees remain unpaid, or where membership privileges are shared, transferred or otherwise misused. Aria One will set out its reasons in writing wherever the circumstances allow, before terminating on these grounds.

A request to cancel, or any question on this policy, should come in writing to Aria One's membership team, quoting the member's name and membership reference. 

Noti Club opens at midday for a different register of gathering, the fair's energy carried indoors. Aria One brings together collectors, artists, and members for 3 days full of art programs built on the same instinct as a good exhibition: put the right people in the same room and let the conversation find its own current.

Music runs light, the mood runs high. Art stays at the center of it, not as backdrop, but as the reason everyone showed up.
