ATX: Boardroom to Playroom - A Mysha Career Conversation
Motherhood doesn't pause ambition. But it does change the questions we ask of it.
What does success look like now? Is the career I built still the one I want? And what happens when the path forward looks nothing like the plan?
Join us at Maison Rêve for Boardroom to Playroom, an intimate Austin edition of Mysha Career Day, for mothers navigating ambition, identity, and the evolving shape of work.
And this time, the insight comes from within. Our panel is made up of Mysha moms, women from our own community who have built careers in very different ways, from launching venture-backed companies to leading inside established ones to building something entirely their own. They'll share what it takes to build something meaningful in this season of life, and what it has cost, changed, and clarified along the way.
This isn't a conversation about balance. We don't believe in the myth that ambition and motherhood can be neatly weighed against each other. It's an honest look at how women are actually doing it: the pivots, the tradeoffs, the redefinitions, and the moments that made them rethink everything.
What to expect:
✨ An honest, vulnerable panel conversation across multiple career paths, featuring Mysha mom panelists (lineup announced soon!)
✨ Open Q&A to bring your own questions into the room
✨ Light bites and drinks
✨ Mysha-style facilitated connection with ambitious Austin mothers in the same season
✨ A room built for real conversation, not performative networking
Because sometimes the most useful career advice doesn't come from a mentor or a manual.
It comes from women who are living the same questions you are.
