Benefits Innovation Lab: Help build the agents that fix your admin
You know agents can help deliver benefits. The more interesting question is how.
Payroll reconciliation eats a week every month. There’s always a renewal due somewhere, and never time to prepare. However much you spend on benefits, your people still don’t know what’s on offer. None of it is your fault. None of it should still be your job.
We know that agents can take this work on. What matters now is how they do it: what they’re allowed to do, when they check with you, and how you know the output is right.
This is NOT another presentation on 'the future of AI for benefits'. You’ll be joining a working session where you get hands on with real technology, alongside Ben’s product team.
What to expect:
Bring a real problem. Pick the task that eats the most of your week and design an agent to fix it with the people who build Ben.
Use it yourself. Try it on your own scenarios and push it until it breaks. Find out whether it actually removes admin, or just moves it somewhere else.
Change the roadmap. Your feedback goes straight to our product team, while it’s still easy to change what gets built next.
