At the Benefits Innovation Lab, we're opening up the agentic operating system we're building for benefits, and handing you the wheel. Not a demo, but a working session with our product team, built around the problems you actually have.
You'll get the chance to:
Problem solve. Bring a real issue from your programme and help design an agent to solve it, alongside our product team.
Test it, properly. Push on whether it actually removes admin, or just moves it somewhere else.
Compare notes. Talk through the same hard problems with a small group of peers running benefits at organisations as complex as yours.
Change the roadmap. Your input shapes what gets built next, while it's still possible to change it.
This event is for you if you're responsible for how benefits are managed, communicated or measured. We keep the group small with practitioners who will actively contribute.
