Wellness Wednesday Sunset Hike & Sound Bath!

Are you ready for an extra special event?
We’ve got a totally new experience planned for this Wellness Wednesday Sunset Group Hike (the only reoccurring, permitted, large group, weekly hike in the Bay Area!) 🌅 July 24th with our amazing partners Santa Clara Valley Open Space Authority at one of our favorite sunset locations! 👉🏾 Great for all skill levels too!
📍 Coyote Valley Open Space Preserve
We highly encourage everyone to come mingle and get to know the community early for social hour which includes epic snacks, drinks, fresh fruit and unlimited good vibes from 5-6PM!
If it’s hot enough, we’ll have misters and squirt guns to keep you cool too!
We‘ll then enjoy a beautiful 4 mile switchback hike from 6-8PM on a trail we bet most of you have never been on!
This week we have a very special post hike experience for you with a cool down 🎶 🥁 🧘🏽♀️🌅 sound bath just before the stars pop out by our special guest Paulyn of @StarseedHeritage (please follow) where the park stays open after hours just for our community and you get an experience of a lifetime from 8:30-9PM!
Wellness Wednesday is the perfect mix between community, connection, outdoors and beautiful views to help you keep those FEEL GOOD vibes up and going throughout the rest of your week!

‼️SPACES ARE EXTRA LIMITED FOR THIS EVENT, MUST RSVP TO ATTEND, PLEASE DO NOT SHARE OUR LOCATION W/ ANYONE NOT ATTENDING, OTHERWISE THERE MAY NOT BE ENOUGH PARKING!
