For one evening, MINTAKA is taking us out of Chicago and into the countryside for an intimate dinner beneath the September sky.
Welcome to MINTAKA: Dinner Under the Stars.
Our evening begins aboard private shuttles departing from Downtown Chicago and Oak Brook.
From there, we'll make our way to Locavore Farm for an experience built around incredible food, wine, nature, fire—and the people sharing the table.
As the sun begins to set, we'll gather on the farm for a welcome cocktail and passed bites, followed by a three-course farm-to-table dinner created by Chef Mat Meyer in collaboration with Locavore Farm and Songwood Farms.
Each course will be thoughtfully paired with wine.
And when dinner ends, the night doesn't.
We'll gather around the fire, under the stars, surrounded by the land that helped create the meal we just shared.
No crowded restaurant.
No traditional networking event.
No rushing to the next thing.
Just a beautiful setting, an extraordinary meal, and a carefully curated group of people with the time and space to actually connect.

THREE-COURSE FARM DINNER
Food is prepared by well known Chef, Matt Meyer, who is flying in from Arizona to prepare this meal
Welcome Pour: A bright, gently sparkling welcome pour served upon arrival—an elegant spirit-free beginning before the three-course cocktail progression.
First Course: Fire-Roasted Tomato & Pepper Salad Paired with Garden Citrus Spritz
Second Course: Herb-Roasted Chicken Paired with Charred Citrus Paloma
Third Course: Warm Olive Oil Cake Paired with Salted Pecan Old Fashioned
THE JOURNEY
Private shuttles depart promptly at 4:00 PM from two locations:
Downtown Chicago — The Loop
Oak Brook, Illinois
Arrival at Locavore Farm is approximately 5:45 PM.
Following our evening on the farm, shuttles will depart at approximately 10:00 PM and return guests to their original pickup location.
Exact pickup locations will be shared with confirmed guests.
TICKETS
ORION3 MEMBERS — $250 per person
NON-MEMBERS — $300 per person
