About Chris Meager
Chris has spent twenty-nine years working within the security profession, twenty-seven of which have been focused on corporate security recruitment.
He has worked on CSO-level searches for some of the largest multinationals in the world and has placed professionals in more than 60 countries.
Chris regularly speaks at industry events across Europe, Asia and the United States on subjects ranging from Diversity & Inclusion to how organisational culture can affect a CSO and the wider security management function.
He has also worked with organisations to increase the diversity of their security and resilience functions, successfully targeting diverse candidates for roles ranging from CSO and Regional Security Director positions to specialist roles in intelligence and investigations.
Chris holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Security Management from Leicester University and is a member of ASIS International, the Security Institute and the Association of International Risk Intelligence Professionals. He also sits on the Advisory Board of the Association of Corporate Investigators and was designated a Top 30 Global Security Influencer in 2024 and UK Security Influencer in 2026.
