About Event

For energy, focus and peace of mind

Many busy adults are doing their best to get quality sleep. Yet we often go to bed with a racing mind, wake up at 3 am, or get 7 hours of sleep and feel anything but rested. Over time, this can lead to fatigue, health issues and reduced performance.

Modern work culture, the need for me time, and adulting responsibilities all make it hard to have a consistent routine. Even when we find the time, we're often not sure whether what we're doing is actually working.

This interactive workshop goes beyond generic sleep advice. We will build change-resilient habits that work for individuals. We will explore options for designing a bedtime routine that fits your personal needs and remains doable when the week gets messy.

Expect science-backed insights, guilt-free conversation and at least one practice you can apply to Sleep Better Tonight.
