About Event

Pelvic pain and painful sex are common, but that does not mean they are normal, and they are certainly not something you have to just live with. Yet for so many women, these symptoms go unexplained, dismissed, or brushed off as "just one of those things."

Join Hertility and Ten Health & Fitness for an evidence-based webinar exploring what is really going on in your pelvic health, from pain during sex to tension, and everything in between. We are going beyond the basics to help you understand your body, recognise when something is not right, and learn what you can actually do about it.

In this free webinar, you'll learn:

Painful Sex, Decoded: What causes pain during sex, including vaginismus and pelvic tension, and why it is more common than you think

Symptoms Worth Taking Seriously: How to recognise the signs of pelvic dysfunction and why so many women's symptoms get missed or misdiagnosed

The Role of Movement: How pelvic floor awareness, breath, and physical therapy can support recovery, with insight from the experts at Ten Health

Taking Control of Your Pelvic Health: Practical, evidence-based steps and support options, from physiotherapy to testing, so you can start feeling better

There will be time to ask questions and leave with guidance you can put into practice straight away. Mark your calendars, this one's for anyone ready to stop living with the pain and start understanding it.
