In this live, in-person lab, you’ll physically map your decision-making style, work through a real-time team challenge, and experience how differences create friction and performance.
This evening is designed for people who work closely with teams and want deeper clarity into the psychology of how groups actually function, especially under pressure.
*This structured, hands-on experience will be faciliated by Jörg Schmitz (The Inclusive Leadership Institute) with a somatic practice guided by Marcelina Drozd and hosted by Jeremy Brian.
