​Join us for a transformative women's retreat centered on Christ, personal growth, and the renewing of your mind.

​This retreat is an intentional day designed to help you slow down, reflect, and rediscover your identity through the truth of God's Word. Together, we'll explore how to identify and overcome negative thought patterns, challenge the lies we've believed about ourselves, and replace them with truth rooted in Scripture. We'll dive into what it means to renew your mind, heal from past experiences, and begin seeing yourself through the eyes of Christ.

​Through biblical teaching, therapeutic insight, inner child work, guided reflection, and interactive activities, we'll create space for vulnerability, connection, and spiritual growth. Expect honest conversations, lots of laughter, probably a few tears, and moments that challenge you to think differently about yourself and your relationship with God.

​Whether you're navigating a difficult season, experiencing anxiety or struggling with negative thought patterns, or simply looking to deepen your relationship with Jesus, this day is an opportunity to step away from it all and focus on what truly matters: spending time with Jesus and being in His Word.

​With over five years of experience and her own private practice, Iliana is passionate about helping women navigate life's challenges, challenging negative thought patterns, seasons of anxiety & depression and discover their God-given identity. She believes in the power of combining therapeutic insight with biblical truth to help women experience growth and transformation.

​Erin Blair | Biblical Counselor, Life Coach & Brain Health Coach

​With over two decades of ministry experience, Erin is passionate about helping women move from overwhelm to peace. She takes a whole-person approach to healing, caring for the mind, body, and spirit while remaining rooted in biblical truth. Erin is also a wife and mother of five.
