About Event

Leo Babauta is visiting Finland for the first time. He is here to lead a retreat, and for one evening, opening the door to the wider Helsinki community. This is a rare chance to hear one of the world's best-known voices on habits, simplicity, and mindful living.

About Leo

In 2007, Leo started Zen Habits with no funding and no plan beyond sharing what he was learning about simplifying his own life. Within a year it was one of the top 50 blogs in the world. Today millions of people follow his weekly writing on habits, mindfulness, and purposeful living. He is the author of The Power of Less, regularly appears on podcasts such as The Tim Ferriss Show, and through his Fearless Living Academy, coaches people to focus on what truly matters and to act on it.

The evening

We live in a time of constant change and uncertainty. Leo will share how to meet that uncertainty, staying grounded, and keeping your focus on what truly matters.

Leo will draw on nearly two decades of work, from growing Zen Habits out of a personal experiment into a global community, to his shift from productivity toward a more holistic and sustainable way of living and working.

The evening is open to anyone curious about doing work that matters, including founders, creators, changemakers, and Zen Habits readers.
