This November, ODNY, ATD NYC, and Future of Higher Education (FOHE) are falling into connection - coming together for an evening where ideas, insights, and new relationships take root 🍁🍂
We’re gathering professionals from the organization development, L&D, talent development, and higher ed to connect across fields, share stories, and spark collaborations. Researchers might call it “weak tie strength.” We just call it those happy accidents (!) the moments when you meet someone from a completely different world and realize you speak the same language after all.
