Hiland Mountain Career Fair

​Join Alaska DOC for an in-facility career fair connecting employers, training providers, apprenticeship partners, workforce agencies, and community organizations with individuals preparing for release.

​This event is designed to help returning citizens learn about real employment opportunities, industry expectations, training pathways, apprenticeships, and the steps they can take before and after release to successfully enter the workforce.

​Participating organizations may share information about:

• ​Current or future hiring needs

• ​Entry-level career pathways

• ​Apprenticeships and work-based learning

• ​Training, education, and certification opportunities

• ​Job readiness expectations

• ​Reentry supports connected to employment
