Cosmic Breathwork & Live Sound

​Join us for Cosmic Breathwork & Live Soundhealing—a transformative two-hour journey to breathe, heal, and feel connected to cosmic consciousness.

​We’ll begin with gentle standing yoga movement, followed by a guided breathwork session with live music. We will close with soft vocals and guided visualization to support your integration.

​The theme of this Breathwork is cosmic connection. This breathwork is not designed to be a cathartic experience of trauma release, rather a journey you guide from within your body’s wisdom.

​Led by Nicole Lorenzo, a certified breathwork facilitator and Himalayan Kriya Kundalini yoga teacher, and live soundscapes Yana Garden & Michael, a multi-instrument sound healing duo.

​The journey will take place Saturday, June 6, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at Sunshine Sacred Sanctuary in Pāhoa, Hawai’i (Nanawale Estates).

​Payment is accepted at the door, upon arrival 15 minutes early or here via Luma (credit/debit).

​Please bring anything that will help you stay comfortable—yoga mats, pillows, water bottle, chapstick, blanket, and eye mask. We also recommend not eating a heavy meal at least two hours before.
