AI DAYS 2026: AI Says I’m Fine
Intimate Conversations with AI and the Future of Knowing Ourselves
More and more, we ask chatbots questions with no searchable answer: Am I overreacting? What do I want? AI has never felt anxiety or fallen in love — yet its answers can feel uncannily true. When AI helps interpret our feelings and decisions, it shapes not only what we know about ourselves, but how we know. What happens to intuition, authority and agency along the way?
Through playful collage-making, a custom AI interface and collective experimentation, the workshop explores how AI is reshaping our understanding of ourselves. No AI experience or subscription is needed; bring a smartphone or tablet.
Facilitator: Lenka Hámošová, designer, educator and researcher exploring how AI reshapes creativity, cognition and human agency. She is a co-founder and executive board member of TAH Centre, where she develops interdisciplinary education.
