The Exit Room

​Less than 1% of majority-stake business sales are female-founded, and comparable women-owned businesses sell for 30% less on average. This room is where that changes. Spend the day with women who've been on both sides of the sale, and leave with the financial literacy to understand what actually drives your business's value, the buyer's-eye view of how a negotiation really works, and a plan you can start acting on immediately.

​The main sessions run 10 AM–4 PM, with the Founders Dinner starting at 6 PM back at Conscious Lab — leaving a break in between if you need to step away for family or life things before coming back for the evening. Seats are limited to around 30 people so there's real room for conversation, not just a lecture hall.
