About the guest speaker
Regina Morán Reséndiz is a Customer Journey Expert with ING, Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Regina Morán holds an MSc in Strategic Product Design from Delft University of Technology, with a specialization in Medical Design.
She has over ten years of experience working for organizations such as ING, KLM, BBVA, Philips, among others. Her work has contributed to the data and digital business transformation via innovation methodologies and the development of digital products and services at different organizations.
