steeped: an afternoon tea for female founders & creators

​this is an anti-networking networking afternoon

​we're hosting a small afternoon tea at kiehl's for women building something of their own, whether that's a product, a personal brand, or both. twelve seats, one long table, and freshly whisked hojicha from Gishiki to keep the conversation going

​most networking events are a lot of "so what do you do?" and not much else. we wanted the conversations that usually only happen one-on-one, with people who actually get it. the table is half founders, half creators, so expect to learn from both sides. here's roughly what we'll drive the conversations towards:

​i. how you got here
not the pitch, the real version. what made you start, and what keeps you going on the slow weeks.

​ii. when you are the brand
founders are figuring out how much of themselves to put into the brand. creators have already built a business on being themselves. let's trade notes on growing an audience, turning attention into income, and how founders and creators can work together.

​iii. what's actually working
the tools, AI workflows, the suppliers, the distribution channels you'd recommend to a friend. bring whatever's breaking as you grow. chances are someone at the table has already solved it or knows who has.

​iv. your busiest quarter
what you're aiming for before the year ends, and how you're looking after yourself while you get there. how do you rest when the work never really stops?

​it's intentionally small, so please only RSVP if you can make it. we'd love to have you there.
