Nyaman - Tea Inspired Sound Bath

​Join Mim for a restorative, tea-inspired sound bath at 1+5 GALLERY.

​Settle into an hour of resonant tones and spacious stillness, designed to soften the pace and invite a deeper sense of presence within the calm, intimate setting of the gallery. Surrounded by the teapot exhibition, this session draws gently on the essence of tea - warmth, stillness, and quiet infusion.

​As you lie down comfortably, sound becomes a subtle guide into rest and reflection through crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other gentle instruments. Alongside this, you’ll be guided through a light visual journey inspired by tea landscapes - drifting mist, terraced hills, leaves unfurling in the morning air - evoking a sense of grounding and quiet clarity.

​We’ll close the session with a herbal tea, inviting you to gently return and integrate the experience.

​This is a simple, immersive experience. No prior experience is needed, just come as you are. Mats will be provided, although you are welcome to bring a small pillow and/or blankets to make yourself comfortable.
