The Space Between is the second gathering in this 3-part somatic bodywork series, exploring the core, diaphragm, ribs, and mid-back.
These areas shape how we process pressure, hold emotion, digest experience, and stay connected to our own power.
Some arrive already aware of the pressure they carry.
Others simply notice tension, shallow breathing, digestive discomfort, mid-back tightness, or the feeling of holding everything together without realizing how much their body is managing.
This workshop creates space for both.
Through fascia-focused bodywork, breath, gentle movement, sound, and guided awareness, we’ll work with the centre of the body as part of a whole system — where physical tension, emotion, thought, and energy are connected.
Not by forcing the body to let go.
But by creating the conditions for it to listen, unwind, and make more space from within.

About Your Guide
Lisa is trained in Hypnotherapy/RTT, Fascia Therapy, and ongoing Energy Healing Facilitation training.
Her approach combines body-based practices, nervous system awareness, breath, sound, and somatic education to help people better understand the relationship between the body, mind, emotions, and the patterns we carry beneath the surface.
