About Event

The Space Between

A deeper breath. A steadier centre.
A body that can hold more without tightening around it.

The Space Between is the second gathering in this 3-part somatic bodywork series, exploring the core, diaphragm, ribs, and mid-back.

These areas shape how we process pressure, hold emotion, digest experience, and stay connected to our own power.

Some arrive already aware of the pressure they carry.
Others simply notice tension, shallow breathing, digestive discomfort, mid-back tightness, or the feeling of holding everything together without realizing how much their body is managing.

This workshop creates space for both.

Through fascia-focused bodywork, breath, gentle movement, sound, and guided awareness, we’ll work with the centre of the body as part of a whole system — where physical tension, emotion, thought, and energy are connected.

Not by forcing the body to let go.
But by creating the conditions for it to listen, unwind, and make more space from within.


What We’ll Explore

Core, diaphragm, ribs + mid-back

Breath, pressure, emotional holding, and self-trust

How the centre of the body reflects what we hold, protect, process, or keep contained

Fascia-focused self-bodywork using massage balls and yoga blocks

Breath, sound, stillness, and guided awareness

Simple tools you can continue using at home


What to Expect

A slow, intentional guided practice designed to create more space through the centre of the body and help you better understand how your body holds pressure, tension, and responsibility.

No previous experience is required.

Part Three: The Way Back
Chest, Shoulders, Neck, Jaw + Heart

Each workshop can be attended on its own, or as part of the full series.


About Your Guide

Lisa is trained in Hypnotherapy/RTT, Fascia Therapy, and ongoing Energy Healing Facilitation training.

Her approach combines body-based practices, nervous system awareness, breath, sound, and somatic education to help people better understand the relationship between the body, mind, emotions, and the patterns we carry beneath the surface.
