Matchmaking Dinner is our signature format, THE TABLE: ten carefully selected singles, seated around one table, with a balanced 50/50 ratio and a guest list built on curation, not chance.
This time, you'll be gathering at Charrúa, tucked into Chueca. It's an Uruguayan steakhouse built around open-fire cooking, with candlelit tables well suited to a date night. Meats come from Argentina, Uruguay, Australia and beyond, grilled in full view of the table. The room has wood that recalls a Uruguayan hacienda, iron columns, and a quiet black-and-white elegance. It's the kind of place built for lingering over a good cut of meat and even better company, which, by the end of the evening, is rather the point.
The evening opens with grilled starters (chorizo, morcilla, vegetables from the brasa, salad, fresh bread with butter), moves on to the meats themselves, served shared-style, and closes with something sweet. Adriana will be hosting and moderating the evening herself, so you can simply arrive, take your seat, and let the evening go with the flow.
Spots are limited, and the guest list is carefully curated. Your place is confirmed once your application is accepted.
